We seek new, interesting, challenging and fun positions which allow us to explore the country, earn income to cover our expenses - and help you to succeed.

What We Do:
Customer Service: We each have extensive experience dealing with the public – in sales and customer support roles – both face to face and over the phone. No business succeeds without happy customers and we strive to “make 'em smile”.

Sweating the Small Things: Our previous work life required attention to detail – listening to the customer, insuring that records were correct, providing product and service that exceeded expectations, hitting deadlines and meeting commitments.

Flexibility: We are willing to fill the gaps and assume new roles in order to meet objectives. We are able to learn the skills required to help the team and will pitch in wherever the need.

Sidney Sugars – Sidney, MT October 2019 - Helper/Sample Taker
Worked at a piling station during the annual sugar beet harvest. Collected beet samples and assisted the Pile Operator. Also communicated with drivers to ensure safe and accurate unloading of trucks. Helped guide trucks into a chute to dump their loads at the near end of the beet piler, then once in place marked their receipt with the piler number so beet load could be tracked. 40% of each farmer’s loads gets tested via a sample. Took a sample ticket, placed it on the side of a heavy industrial bag, then placed the sample in a designated area to be picked up later. When the driver was done unloading their beets, guided them into place at the far end of the machine to pick up their dirt, which runs on an overhead conveyor into their truck. Between these tasks, cleaned up small messes of beets and dirt that collects around the piler using shovels. Job required working outdoors and standing for most of the twelve hour shift.
