UT: Work In Grand Staircase Escalante
Canyons Bed & Breakfast, Escalante, Utah
(Short-Term Work for RVers -- One Month or More)
UT: Canyons Bed & Breakfast, Escalante, Utah. Bed & Breakfast with RV Hook-up in Escalante Utah. We welcome working campers to help with gardening & outdoor projects in the heart of Canyon Country, Grand Staircase Escalante Monument, between Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef National Parks. Awesome location for those who would like to explore the “American Outback” with slot canyons, Indian ruins, waterfalls, etc.
Most working campers stay about a month, but we are flexible. If you wish to stay longer, you will need to go on a vacation every 30 days (city code). There are lovely places nearby.
We provide full RV hook-up on our extra lot, and a laundry room, in exchange for 24 hours a week per couple. Split up the hours as you wish. Some extra work might be approved for those with handyman skills. Not guaranteed.
No smokers. No partiers. Positive attitude, clean appearance and clean living habits only! Our workers should be friendly and helpful to guests when needed, but we do not need hospitality help.
ABOUT ESCALANTE: Population 750. Elevation 5,820. Spring & Fall are lovely. Summers are in the 90’s with dry heat or thunderstorms. Winters are chilly but mostly sunny. In the event of approaching storms, we are only 3 hours from St. George sunshine! Be prepared to get dehydrated and sunburnt quickly in the high desert. Freezing conditions and snow possible in the winter. Those with winterized campers may arrange to stay longer if we need off-season caretakers.
