Areas of responsiblity Division Retention Non Commissioned Officer, Recruiting and Retention Masnager, Manager at Division Level, Communication Platoon leader Marketing and Sales, Carrer counselor, Trained/ supervised a communication platoon of 50 soldiers.

Mobilization Operation Maintained a budget $3M: coordinated deployment of Army Units

( personnel) to theaters accross the world.
