Work Wanted Resume: William and Virginia Broughall

by William & Virginia Broughallemail: vbroughall@msn.comPhone: 505-610-2560Corrales, New Mexico

Objective:

While traveling throughout the United States in our Motor Home as full time RVer's we wish to reside in a location for a few months and explore the area and its history. We also want to enjoy both the financial and personal benefits of working in an RV Park or other local establishment where we gain a better insight of other travelers all the while having a way to supplement our income. We expect the skills that we have acquired in our past professional careers to enhance our ability to serve prospective employers and customers.

Work History:
As a couple we work well as a team although we both have had individual careers:
William was a licensed Master Plumber in the Reading Pennsylvania area for over 40 years. He owned and operated WEB M & E, Inc. a Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC company specializing in commercial construction.
Virginia devoted her professional career to providing exceptional customer service. She managed a division of 126 people in 6 states as a Vice President of a large insurance company. In addition for the past 15 years she was a well respected residential Realtor in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area.
Together we owned and managed a 59 unit mobile home park in Alamogordo, New Mexico from 1989 - 1993 and again in 2000-2002. Owning the units necessitated an indepth knowledge of maintenance needs and hands on maintenance.

We offer the ability to manage as a team just about any job requiring trade skills and customer service. Our work ethic, personal integrity and loyalty to those with whom we work and serve are only a few of our strongest personal traits. We are now retired, sold our permanent residence and are now ready for our Full-time Experience in our 40 foot diesel motor home. Traveling the United States has always been one of our favorite past times. We once traveled in our motor home for 4 months and have had the urge ever since to be full timers. We offer
*Over 40 years each of Business Management Skills
*Plumbing, electrical, HVAC trade skills which are easily adapted to maintaining rental properties, whether it be short-term or long-term rentals
*Computer Saavy (or at least Virginia is, William knows how to turn it on)
*Strong Customer Service Skills with ability to resolve problems with a "Win-Win" for all parties
*Detail Oriented
*Adept at identifying maintenance needs and resolving those needs
*Dependable- always there when we commit to the job
*Friendly and very personable couple - We Love People!!
