Active adult couple seeking part-time seasonal work-camper or property caretaker positions. Let us first introduce ourselves? We are Tim and Alice Neal. We are early retirees who are full time RV?ers. We own a very nice self contained 31? Airstream Classic travel trailer, model year 2007.
We are full time distance/ marathon runners who enjoy healthy hobbies, travel, and interesting active pursuits.
Tim is 46 and Alice is 47.
We have no kids or pets and do not smoke, drink or do drugs.
We are multi-talented, energetic and passionate about life.
We would like a part-time camp host, work-camp or care-taker seasonal position?Warm location in the winter, mild in the summer in exchange for seasonal camping and possibly a small amount of compensation. INTERSTED IN BEAUTIFUL AREAS OF THE U.S.
We both possess a strong and disciplined work ethic and are willing to perform active tasks required to keep a campground clean, organized and ready for business.

Personal and family estate liquidation. Buying, selling product restoration, cleaning, repairing, servicing, processing, warehousing, packing and shipping. Tim and Alice worked together full time from 2002-2008 to liquidate family estate contents.
Tim: Park Ranger, Brevard County, Florida?September, 1990--June, 2002. Retired with full vesting.

Responsible for student dining services. Duties included purchasing, control and maintenance of a $16,000 weekly inventory for the student dining operations. Forecast and direct production of 7,500+ meals per week allowing for unlimited seconds during meal service. Effectively developed, implemented and monitored service and dining standards through employee training and development. Established and maintained positive customer relations and morale. Alice: Taylor Rental Corporation?Special Events Coordinator/Party Supervisor. Timonium, Maryland. 1988-1990.
Responsible for the supervision of customer service and daily operations of $1,000,000+ yearly special events department. Organized arrangements and set-ups for weddings, theme parties, fund-raisers, festivals and fairs. Creatively matched client rental needs with available resources to achieve the perfect atmosphere for each occasion. Successfully contributed to the unit?s 1989 achievement of the ?TOP DOLLAR AWARD? for profit/dollar increase within the entire Taylor Rental Corporation.
Alice: Marriott/Saga Corporation?Food Service Management Division. The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland. 1986-1988
BANQUET SERVICES MANAGER. Duties included total responsibility for a for profit, $850,000+ yearly catering department in all aspects of menu planning, recipe development, presentation, supervision and training. Development of long and short term objectives with respect to sales, inventory control, program development, and unit/area marketing. Created standards, staff procedures and systems to successfully meet the annual sales goals of the department, a 15% reduction in labor, and increased customer satisfaction and financial accountability.

CASH OPERATIONS MANAGER. Areas of responsibility included cafeteria manager, catering program development, vending operations, program marketing, purchasing, inventory and cash control. Coordinated Unit Safety Program which received the 1985 District Safety Award for Best Program.
