EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

1998-Present Fort Wayne Truck Center – Fort Wayne, IN
Service Advisor
First in line for all customer contact for Service Department. Responsible for all job
estimates with the exception of “wrecks”. Schedule all work into facility as well as
all mobile services. Coordinate with Warranty Administrator for all vendors and
policies. Approve all sublet parts and labor as required. Assign all road
tests and quality control inspections. Responsible for customer follow up and
“up-selling”. Set up monthly work schedule for all Technicians. Maintain and
review with Service Manager annual Technician performance reviews. Approve and
post time cards as required to process billings. Oversee housekeeping and building
maintenance as required.




1996-1998 Fort Wayne Truck Center – Fort Wayne, IN
Heavy Duty Truck Equipment Mechanic
Repair of all truck related equipment including: Electrical systems (computer controls), bearings, clutches, drive line components, light engine work (diesel and gas), and all air system items.

1992-1996 Dart Transit – Egan, MN
Independent Owner Operator
Interstate transportation of general commodities throughout the United States and
Canada. Responsible for all maintenance related items.

1989-1991 Fort Wayne Scale Company – Fort Wayne, IN
Scale Technician
Responsible for the installation and maintenance of both electronic and beam
scales (up to 100 ton and including multibatching scales). Duties included
fabrication of component items to facilitate installation, electrical control panel
wiring, and load cell calibration.

1987-1989 ATZ Ice Cream – Kendallville, IN
Maintenance Director
Responsible for all facility maintenance (internal and external). Performed major
installation work. Continued service on all ice cream production equipment,
including ammonia compressors and plant refrigeration systems. Conducted all
troubleshooting of all electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Responsible
for all parts and equipment inventory. Organized and administered all outside
contracting jobs involving price quotes and scheduling as well as supervising
weekend maintenance. Set up and organized the company’s first formal
preventative maintenance program.

1983-1987 Keebler Company – Bluffton, IN
Maintenance Technician
Maintained and serviced all equipment including entire building structure.
Responsible for daily repairs of ovens, packaging machinery, and batching
equipment. Performed work on programmable controls, sequence circuit
switches, relays, and electronic control panels. Troubleshooting and repairs
included all major areas of electrical, power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics,
and mechanical fabrications. Developed skills in working with research and
development on testing new equipment installations. Responsible for all weekly
equipment and facility start-up prior to beginning production operations.
