John Corbin, caretaker, maintenance, office, looking for workamper position. We are looking for travel and employment around the U. S. My wife and I are hard workers and are empty-nesters looking for the right opportunity. We are looking for travel and employment around the U. S. My wife and I are hard workers and are empty-nesters looking for the right opportunity. My wife Kathryn is retired from AT&T (office manager) after 30 years. I have worked as an electrician, carpenter, plumber, and anything to do with residential and/or Commercial construction. I worked as a Start-Up Engineer at Dept. of Energy in Aiken, SC, Nevada Test Site, Las Vegas, nuclear power construction which required classified and top secret clearance, also Commercial electrical for Johnson Controls, Michelin, and Mack truck plant, all phases of construction. My higher education consists of Math, Chemistry, and some Marine Science. I have recently worked in maintenance, for DOC Maintenance in Fort Mill, SC, keeping the electrical, hvac, and plumbing maintained at Home Depots in the Southeast, and filed reports and performed preventive maintenance to that effect. My wife is proficient in office management, clerical/phone work, and cashier. We are both proficient in MicrosoftWord,Excel,Powerpoint, and any kind of photoshop presentation. My wife and I have references if needed. We have no physical disabilities, and are responsible, non-smokers that have great attendance records. We just finished a 5 month seasonal caretaker/maintenance job in Minnesota that we enjoyed very much, and are looking for another job, in a different area of the country, so that we might a variety of experiences.
