Terry, does all kinds of maintenance and Edarae works with Terry and both of us do office work. Hello: We are Terry and Edarae Frifeldt. We are from Spring Lake, Michigan. We believe in a strong work ethic and we try always to carry this out when we work. We have been workampers for the past 10 years and have had many enjoyable experiences. We have worked at several Christian Youth Camps and Conference Centers and several public campgrounds. We have done all kinds of maintenance from electrical, plumbing, woodworking , plastering, tiling, office and gift shop. Please give us a call and we will give you an updated resume. TERRY carries in the motorhome all his own tools for woodworking, automotive repairs, small engine repairs, electrical,tiling, plumbing and painting tools to use while at the job site. EDARAE has worked with the ROS 2000 reservation system and has office skills. It has been 5 years since she worked on Ros 2000 so would need some updating on her skills. She enjoys working as a receptionist and meeting the people who come to the camp. Edarae enjoys doing sewing projects at the camps they work at. She also works with Terry when he needs an extra hand to get a project done . SKILL: Maintenance skills: Operated our own lawn maintenance business doing tree spraying and industrial weed spraying business for 20 years. Built our own maintenance building including doing all the electrical, plumbing and all carpentry work. Did all the repairs on all equipment from small engines to bulldozer. WORK EXPERIENCE 1960-1983 Owned and operated Terry’s Custom Spraying and Lawn Maintenance. Organized and Supervised up to 8 employees. Trained all new employees. 1979-1998 We were foster parents for the mentally and physically challenged children. 1983-1998 Worked as an independent sales representative. OTHER: The last 10 years we have worked at several Christian youth camps, Christian Children’s Home and a Coast to Coast resort and other private camp grounds. REMARKS: We are devoted Christains and the last 10 years we have attended many different denominations and enjoy meeting with people in different areas and how they worship our Lord and Saviour. We have 4 adult children and 9 grandchildren. We also have 3 extended members of our family that call us Dad and Mom and they have 4 grandchildren that call us Grandpa and Grandma. . We enjoy our 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and going to sporting events that they are involved in. Terry enjoys all kinds of mechanical repairs, kayaking, stained glass, woodworking ,playing his autoharp and singing and workamping. Edarae enjoys kayaking, knitting, quilting and reading , traveling to new places and workamping. We started RVing in a motorhome in 1990 and became fulltime RVers in April 1998. We enjoy going to Christian Youth Camps, Christian Children Homes to serve our Lord and to be with young people. We find being with young people helps to keep us young and thinking young. The last 3 winters we have been working at a childrens camp for 13 -18 year olds that have been in trouble with their parents or the law. We also enjoy working at public campgrounds and getting to know the area and then telling the campers about the area and the things and places to explore while they are staying at the campground. We have found out that to be a full timer and work at camps and campgrounds you have to be very felexable when it comes to the kind of work you do.
