Reliable, multi-skilled professional couple looking for - 2010-2011 Winter work (4-7 mos.) AND 2011 Summer work (5-6 mos.) Available: October 1, 2010. Usually can evaluate mechanical problems-I can fix or need call repairman. I have operated lawn tractors to heavy-duty construction equipment, chain saws, wood chipper & splitter. Also, moderately knowledgable about computers and other tech., installation, operation & maintanence. Built my own 40ft. diameter Geodesic home - footings to roofing it! Owner, 3 construction companies - 1970-2008. As well as contracted to and employed by - a national bank chain, national handyman service, several R. E. Developers and a rehabilitation facility. I have several photo albums of the work I have done, as well as many letters of reference from customers. Currently working full-time for a Developer; he knows I am leaving to Work Camp. Rita: Administrative Assistant, Realtor, Cook - accounting (AR & AP useing Quicken), reception (taking messages, customer service), cashier, data entry, reports, scheduling appointments & procedures, explaining medical procedures to patients, liason between doctor & insurance companies, maintanence of files, showing property for sale and rental for several doctors, Staffing Agency, R.E. Brokers & Developers and husband's construction companies. Owner Bed & Breakfast, employed by R.C.I. & JEST Development, concessions Manager at ski area(cooking, manage staff and, maintane clean facility, etc., reservations). Also, bake & cook for local store. 2004-2009 part to full-time Caregiver to ill mother-in-law living with us. 2009 to 9/26/10 Caregiver to special-needs grandson. We have had 5 foreign exchange students and been Foster Parents. Our interests are: reading, writting, painting, crafts, building anything, photography, travel. Pets: we have 2 in-door cats - Happy Camper (Camper) and Spooky Camper (Spooky).
