Listed below are some duties I have performed in the past as a Maintenance Director for RV resort, Director of Building Services and Supervisor, Hospital Engineer, Building Superintendent and Purchasing Agent:

• Maintenance for a 225 space RV Resort
• Supervise all phases of Maintenance Department
• Supervised all phases of construction for hospitals, including remodeling and new construction from pouring of foundations to the completed project
• Assistant Director of Building Services
• Hospital Electrician, Carpenter, Painter, Cabinet-Maker, Hospital Engineer
• Maintain and repair high-pressure boilers up to 200HP, including chemical treatment and steam systems
• Implemented Title 22, JCAHO, OSPD and OSHA requirements and established records. Worked closely with local and state representatives to insure compliance of regulations of all City, County and State entities
• Supervised electronic department
• Assigned all work schedules – responsible for coverage of all shifts
• Established a preventative maintenance program and record system
• Employee evaluations as required
• Coordinated all remodeling work with all departments as Director of Building Services, supervised up to 35 men – responsible for physical plant and maintenance department

• Supervised the housekeeping/grounds department with a crew of 26 including yearly budget and purchasing of supplies, including material and wages
• Chairman – Hospital Disaster Committee and Hospital Safety Program and Member of Long Range Planning Committee - Assisted in establishing the computer system for department
• Purchasing Agent – responsible for purchasing all equipment for company that sells to municipalities from Oregon to Mexican border
