Assist all departments, front desk maintenance, housekeeping, bell staff housemen, and grounds as needed. Train new employees. Security, safety of guest's, employees, visitors and property. Security rounds of complex, complete reports of any security, safety and maintenance problems to appropriate departments and follow up to insure completion. Inspection of rooms for housekeeping, maintenance and security breech. Check in guest's to Resort and World Mark units. Make any immediate, needed repairs to property.

Marina Dunes RV Park / Marina Dunes Beach Resort, Marina: Maintenance,/ Grounds, 2008-Current
Maintain property and grounds, Planting new shrubbery, tree trimming and preparing for grounds conversion to a "Gated Cottage Community".

Kulas Island Steakhouse, Marina, Grounds, construction and security, 2008-Current
Built Patio on front of restaurant, maintain grounds / plants. Preform security for special events. Assist with set up, tear down of events. BBQ the pig for "Pig Skin Monday's".

A / P Productions, Seaside: Head of Security, 1995 - Current
Oversee all security aspects for A / P Productions. Supervise fifteen security staff employees, thirty volunteer staff and twenty-three contract security staff at all events. Train new staff and volunteers. Assist in all set up and break down of events.

Community Hospital of the Monterey Pemnsula, Monterey: Security Officer, 1988 - 2000
Insure safety of patients, staff, guests, visitors and property. Document and report all incidents that occur in and around the hospital and report to proper departments and or supervisors. Traffic and parking control, enforcing all traffic and parking policies at the hospital and grounds. Member of ERT team (Emergency Response Team). First aid and CPR trained. Train new security staff.

Duties described below for the first two years then promoted to the Sergeant of Security. Supervise four security employees. Conduct all training to security. Ensure safety of guests, visitors, staff and grounds. Assist staff and guests as needed. Preformed maintenance and repairs. Uphold Policies and procedures of Inn. Performed daily opening / closing tasks, taking reservations, heavy call volume, answering all emails and recording daily revenue. Filled in as on site manager when managers were away for weeks at a time, for out of state for conventions, vacations, etc. Set up all excel spread sheets for pricing, lot size and financing, to convert park over to a “gated cottage community”. Worked as a liaison for marketing with papers, Monterey Weekly, and other venues of publicity. Showed on site model and worked in sales of cottages.

Macy*s West Woodland Hills: 1997-2002, Assistant Sales Manager Ready to Wear; Responsibilities included the managing of five departments and those employees. Hiring, terminating and scheduling were among those duties. Acknowledge for implementing ways to reduce shortages within those departments and for maintaining strict budgeting guidelines.

Manager of Operations / Customer Service, promoted to manage two departments. Mansfield City Police Department, Ohio: 1980-1981, Police Aid; Worked along side officers in the “Inner Jail”- conducting searches on persons arrested, fingerprinting, taking mug-shots, assigning cells, search for warrants and prior arrests.
