Professional Couple seeking a position in management -- We are Dennis and Carol Lukaszewski and we are interested in a Property Manager or other position. We currently live in Wisconsin but are looking at relocating to Arizona (We are open to other areas). We are interested in looking at new careers and feel that a workamper would be an interesting and challenging opportunity for us. We both have lots of experience that we feel may help us to be an asset to your company. At this time we own a chain of wedding chapels which is in the process of being sold. We have also owned and operated a party supply store. Dennis is an ordained minister. He has lots of experience in running the day to day operations of our business. Dennis is flexible and is willing to work on any project. He is great at multi-tasking to ensure that all projects are completed. He is very handy and can handle many maintenance jobs. He has excellent computer skills, communication skills and is extremely dependable. Carol currently works for US Bank as a manager in the fraud prevention area. She has had several positions in her long career of 30 plus years at the bank, from being a data entry clerk up to management positions. Carol has working knowledge of many computer systems including Microsoft Office Excel and Word programs and is always willing to learn. She is extremely dependable and excellent with follow-up and details. She has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is multi-task oriented. For 20 years we have had several travel trailers & park models and have held part time positions at a camping resort in Wisconsin. Thank you in advance for considering us for these positions.
