Served in a general superintendent’s role in a growing company with over 20 million dollar a year in gross revenue, which included municipal, DOT and private developments. Full responsibility for all daily operations, scheduling sub-contractors, materials deliveries, maintaining production, adhering to design, quality control, safety, personnel and equipment needs. Worked directly with engineers and clients, attended all related project
meetings and responsible for budget. Helped manage the maintenance of the equipment along with data entry into the maintenance program. Assisted in the preparation of estimates, pay request, schedules and responsible for budget an assigned projects. Interviewed and hired employees and helped set policies and procedures for the company handbook and safety policies. Played a major role in the growth of the company from just a few employees to a work force of close to a hundred people.
