We are currently seeking a position in the Texas hill country for the 2012 /2013 winter season that would offer us a full hook up site with utilities and an opportunity to keep our mind and bodies active. We would not require a salary but might be open to it if it were available. We are also open to other opportunities at private ranches, campgrounds and resorts both private and on state or federal land. We are currently based in Willis, Texas and will be available 10/01/2012 for the winter.
We are currently at a work camp position in Mission Texas until April 2012. We are a happy fun loving couple who love traveling, hiking, wildlife and fishing. We are an enthusiastic hardworking capable pair that works well together or independently as well as a team member to insure quality service.
We are currently living in a 2011 Carriage Carri-lite 36 Max1 fifth Wheel with 4 slides. And our tow vehicle is a 2010 silver dodge 3500 dually 2 wheel drive. We are both very safe drivers with clean driving records and squeaky clean back ground checks.
About Chip: Born 12/30/1957. Chip is a retired construction company owner with 33 years experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction and remodeling. He has 33 years’ experience in carpentry and is also skilled in basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, flooring, painting, roofing and maintenance. He is considered a 'MacGyver' by friends and family as he can solve problems and develop solutions for almost any construction or mechanical issues. He is skilled at auto, boat, small engine repair as well as household appliances (never need to call repairman when Chip is around). He has owned and operated a Kubota tractor with belly mower, box blade, post auger and front end loader also owned and operated a Kubota zero turn mower. He also has experience with water wells and septic systems. He can repair chain saws, lawn mowers, weed eaters, blowers and almost any small engine and just about anything mechanical.
About Janette: Born 11/16/1960. Janette was employed by Bank of America for 21 years. When she first started there her duties consisted of bookkeeping, customer service, proof operator and balancing. She quickly advanced to the teller line where she further advanced to operations manager. After 21 years with the bank she wanted to go back to school and had a fascination with dentistry and the dental field so she went back to school and graduated top of her class. She went to work for Dr. Joseph Anderson, a local dentist, and had a rewarding experience working for him. Janette is also not afraid to “get her hands dirty” when the need is there. She is very good with people and is always cheerful. She has always been a valuable asset for anyone she has worked for and always willing to go the extra mile to get things done.
Janette and I are looking forward to having a great time exploring our beautiful country, meeting new people, and experiencing new adventures. We are ethical, hardworking, professional team players and take pride in our work. We hope that you will consider us to be a part of your team.
