Noyes Last Updated: November 5, 2008 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To whom it may concern; Allow me to take this opportunity to give you a brief introduction of both myself, Bonnie, and my husband Larry. We are currently Property Managers of a 12 acre RV resort located in Northeastern Louisiana. We have been the Property Managers here since May of 2006 and have loved every minute of it. Our time here has not only provided us with a broad knowledge in the field of Property Management but has allowed us the opportunity to meet some very fascinating and colorful people as well. We have made many long lasting friendships while performing our services and those memories and friends will stay with us wherever we go. Our current facility has a vast variety of ammenities. We offer over 90 full hookup sites for our RV visitors. Each site is maintained and kept spotless by my husband on a regular basis. We also offer rental units in the way of Mobile Homes and Apartments, also campers. Each of these are maintained and kept operational after every rental. The grounds are mowed and trimmed every week to ensure our peaceful surroundings. Larry takes great prde in our appearance. For those who enjoy the various water sports, we offer a fleet of Pontoon Boats and a few fishing boats. All well maintained and on a very strict preventative maintenance program created and performed by Larry as well. For those who prefer just relaxing and lounging, we have a large swimming pool with cyrstal clear water and sunning area. The Resort also offers an Adult Lounge area as well as a game room with pool tables, video games and other great entertainment for our younger visitors. It is a very well known Resort and visited frequently by all the RV Membership Clubs. Unfortunately, due to the untimely death of our beloved owner, the facility has been placed on the market to sell. His children and widower have no desire to keep the facility. Therfore, it has become necessary for Larry and I to explore any and all possibilities that may exist. As for my job discription an expertise, I manage all the reservations, rental agreements, cleaning responsibilities, payroll, Gift Store operations, computer logistics, customer interface, vendor services, and much much more. Together, Larry and I offer a memorable and joyous experience for our visitors. We do our very best to maintain a profit level for our employer and have great work ethics. We will , upon request, provide a list of references and past job responsibilities. Before Larry and I ventured into the RV and Property Management fields, we both held rewarding careers in which we retired. Larry being a Firefighter for most of his life as well as a former U.S. Marine, he is also a Journalist and people person. As for me, I retired from a rewarding career in Customer Service Management for a major Worldwide freight company. I was also a travel agent in my younger day's and a Tour Guide for the Birdcage Theater in Tombstone,AZ. We are both very well liked in our community and will make any organization excellent employees. Our backgrounds alone will attest to our reliability and honesty.
