He is proficient in many business software packages including WORD, EXCEL, Publisher, QuickBooks, Quicken and many proprietary software packages. Bob also has 8 years experience in real estate as a Realtor. His entire career has been customer service oriented. Josie also has very heavy customer service experience as a flight attendant in the airlines and, for the last 22 years, in the floral industry as a Designer and Store Manager. She has won several competions in floral design and has professional designations in floral design. Josie also has experience working in school cafeterias in various capacities and has experience as a teller in the banking industry. Bob and Josie both were owners of a retail business for 5 years. They gained significant experience in the use of cash registers and point of sale machines, electric and non electric credit card machines, inventoried and stocked supplies and handled all of the business functions including employee relations and payroll. Both Bob and Josie were also responsible for all of the maintenance functions of their retail facility. Both Bob and Josie have experience with Campground Manager software and have experience as campground hosts performing all front desk duties including: reservations, check-ins and checkouts for RV park and cabins, store management and stocking, propane dispensing, management of RV storage area, restaurant tickets, banquet room functions, opening and closing procedures and as needed duties in housekeeping and facility management. Bob and Josie are extremely reliable and flexible. They will work any hours they are asked and will do more than asked in performance of their duties. They are team players and get along well with all associates and will volunteer to satisfy additional needs. Their goal is to make a difference at each location they work.
