Campground was full holidays and most weekends.

Traveled to client sites to supervise a group of local people in redacting credit card numbers from hospital patient records in accordance with current law. Accuracy in finding and redacting numbers is paramount.

Campus Director
Responsible for managing the Bristol, TN college, including staffing of full and part time faculty and administrative staff, P&L responsibility, scheduling, facility maintenance, and student recruitment. Managed a group of Account Executives and a Business Sales Coordinator, who sold voice services, data and fiber services, and cable services to local businesses, to achieve the highest revenue ever for this team. Developed AE’s in the sales process, product knowledge, and pricing and discounts. Directed the team in prospecting, sales, closing, and implementation, while assuring customer satisfaction.

Managed the day to day operations of the business, technician scheduling, customer quotes, office personnel, and all phases of the business for a 5 county territory.
