Objective: To secure a work camping position that will capitalize on my diverse skill set and experience.

Background: Successful business owner that has been fortunate enough to retire at an early age. After a relocation and brief stay in coastal Texas, I have decided to expand my horizons and seek opportunity in parts of the country that I am interested in exploring. My brief retirement has taught me that I am happiest when I have purpose in my life and the ability to obtain a sense of accomplishment.

My last business venture was a fire and water damage restoration company (see professional resume). My primary focus was on the management and business development end of the company. I have strong customer service skills, get along well with people, and excel at multi tasking. I have a strong knowledge of the building trades and consider myself mechanically inclined. I have owned residential and commercial buildings for approximately 30 years and have performed the vast majority of the maintenance and repair myself. I am organized and use time efficiently and effectively. I take on any challenge with a sense of purpose and enthusiasm. I pride myself on my common sense and ability to learn new tasks quickly.

Skills: 1. Carpentry
2. Minor electrical
3. Minor plumbing
4. Painting
5. Landscaping
6. Equipment maintenance
7. Computer literate
8. Learn new software easily
9. Customer service
10. Team player and leader

I am confident that I can be an asset to your organization in either an administrative position or a maintenance position. I am a competent leader, set a good example for others, and work well with minimal supervision.
