by Penny
(Missouri)

First time camp host position wanted. How soon do we need to start looking for a position in Texas for the fall 2008 - winter 2009 season?

When You Are Ready To Work
by: Coleen

Hi Penny,

If it was me, I'd wait until I got to Texas and was actually ready to work. I'd want to see the area and check out what campgrounds and parks are there. When I found one I thought I liked, I'd stay there a few days as a paying customer. That way, I could get a feel for the place. Only then, would I consider committing for the season.
