Schulenburg RV Park is a family owned campground in a German/Czech community. Schulenburg is rich in culture, history, and great food. Come visit our park and our community.

I (Loretta) own Schulenburg RV Park and my daughter, Holly, helps me run it. We're at Schulenburg, TX, which is along side I-10. It is 105 miles east of San Antonio, 95 miles west of Houston, 65 miles south of Austin, and 60 miles north of Victoria.



Schulenburg RV Park has 49 sites. Four are back in sites and the rest are pull-thrus. They have full hookups, with 30/50 amps available.

The campground includes laundry facilities and five individual shower/bathrooms. The park has several Live Oak trees, grassy areas, picnic tables, and pet areas.

We also have two recreation rooms, the Lodge House and the Engle House. They are complete kitchens with fridge, stoves, microwaves, coffee pots, etc. Workampers and clubs can use them to play games or cook. They are called Engle House and Lodge House.

I am looking for workampers to help run Schulenburg RV Park for both spring/summer and fall/winter 2009 + additional years. I would like a commitment of 5-6 months, but would consider 2-4 months.

I prefer couples. One to work in the office, guest registrations, answering phones, cleaning and whatever else needs done for continuing operations. The other to work outside maintenance and park upkeep, escort guest to sites, meter reading, etc., and whatever might be required to keep park up to standards for inspectors.

In exchange, we offer a full hookup site with cable, wifi, propane, laundry, and use of facilities.
