RVer Looking for Work: Rob Lucas
(Working RVer with 2010 Timberland Wilderness Tow Behind)
Hello! I'm Rob Lucas. And at the present time I am employed in the capacity of Head Grounds Keeper and Maint. Asst. At A 400+ site R/V resort in S. C. Florida. And I am looking to relocate to the Florida Keys - anywhere south of Key Largo - in a permanent F/T position - in any of the hospitality/recreation/travel industry fields. Beginning with the winter season of October 2016.
I have been working the R/V related field since 2003. And have held both management and non management postings at six different parks over the past twelve years. I am college educated and hold a degree in Horticulture/Landscape Design from Ks. St. University. And hold formal certifications in Soils I&II, Concrete I&II, Shallow Foundations, and Structural Steel from the Washington Area Counsel of Engineering Laboratories (since 2003). I'm licensed by The U.S. NRC to operate a Nuclear Compaction/Moisture Density Gauge, for testing soils and asphalt. I hold U.S.C.G. certification in Boating Safety (2005). Have my Forklift Safety Certification. I am well-versed in all phases of construction. Although I only possess limited knowledge of basic electric and HVAC. I was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy in May of '75 - after serving 3 years aboard the USS carrier America (CVA-66) - handling explosives and aviation ordnance.
Having so many jobs skills and much practical work experience. My work ethic is impeccable. I am warmly accepted by people and I am truly a 'people person' - a 'team player' in most instances. Any considerations for prospective employment will be considered, and salary requirements/negotiations are all flexible. And I have tons of pictures of my work, and references available upon request. But you must call me.
I 'thank you' for your time in perusing my qualifications. And any considerations you may afford me. I can be reached anytime of the day or night on my cell - (804) 480-9158. Or by E-mail (which I do not check daily) email@example.com
