Colfax, CA, volunteer camp host positions. Camp host couples wanted for beautiful lakeside resort in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Our beautiful, forested, and busy campground encompasses about 100 sites, along with a marina, beach, and restaurant on Rollins Lake at 2400’ elevation, below the major snow line and above the smog. We have four positions available, one or two couples to start as soon as possible, with the other two begin in April. Our peak season runs from about mid-May through mid-September. Each position requires approximately 20 to 25 hours per week maintaining about 30 campsites, keeping the associated restrooms and grounds clean, helping with various projects occasionally, and positively interfacing with the campers in your assigned area.
