These ads, because of site restructuring, are from April 2007. We stopped posting monthly ads, and deleted the ad pages, because it wasn't clear that people wanted them or used them. After we deleted them, we heard from our readers -- loud and clear -- that you really do like the ads and that they do provide a service to you. So, they were gone for April and part of May, but we are back to posting them now. We will post new ads here in April 2009, when this page comes up again in the rotation. The ads on the March page are fresh from March 2008. We will add new ads to the May page as we receive them.

Salary and RV Site For Full-time Campground Position
Want lawn care and maintenance person. Assist owner/manager in lawn care and maintenance of a small campground, 40 unit RV spots and 14 tent sites. Park is located on the northern end of the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State. This position requires someone to work independently and who is willing to work. There would be a lot of lawn mowing required, routine building maintenance, and some building. Work Camper Position Managing Long-Term RV Park In Texas
Manager needed for small long-term RV park in the Austin, TX, area. Duties include collecting rents on first of month, greeting new tenants, collecting completed paperwork and rent from new tenants, being aware and communicating to owner any maintenance problems, greeting and talking to any potential tenant that may drive through the park, lock and unlock laundry room daily. Since we are long term only and do not rent nightly there are no real "hours" for this position. Manager is free to come and go as they please, including long weekends and holidays. Biggest responsibility is collecting rents the last few days of every month and the first 3 days of every month. Owner takes all phone calls and does all bookkeeping.
