Workcamper Opportunity in TX on Wide Expanse of Natural Land
I have some beautiful land that needs work and it would be perfect for workcampers who like scenic, warm places. It has acres of vegetation, including pecan trees, and lots of deer, two possums, and many birds that sing early a.m. and p.m. It's quiet and safe, 30 min into Corpus Christi, and 85 minutes into San Antonio. There is at least one pier in reasonable shape. Some landscaping would help. Some dirt work to build up the some of the lily pond areas would also help. Someone could also run some llamas or such but there would be fencing on some sides necessary. Although there is a lot of area, I'd rather just have a few RVers so they will feel like they are completely in a natural surrounding. I love this land; it's rolling and diverse, and even in winter like today, it's about 60 degrees and usually warmer.
