We publish positions as we receive them. I try to get them posted the same day. Sometimes, though, usually if I'm out on the road someplace without Internet access, it may take several days before I get them up on the website.
This means that if the employer emails us the Help Wanted classified ad in September, we post it in September, on the September page.
Look through the ads on the site, you will see that some employers are already advertising for positions that they will have open next year.
To clarify, the postings are listed according to what month the ad is sent in, NOT according to when the work will be done.
