OK: Oklahoma Tourism & Recreation Department - Lake Thunderbird State Park, Norman, Oklahoma. We are taking applications for a paid gate house attendant and volunteer camp hosts.
Lake Thunderbird State Park is in the incorporated city limits of Norman, Oklahoma. It is located approximately 13 miles east of I-35 between Alameda Drive and Highway 9.
There is one position available for a paid gate house attendant. That position will require two persons, one to work the gate house 40 hours a week and the other to volunteer for the site.
Camp hosts volunteer an average of 25 hours a week in exchange for a full hook up camp site.
The main duties of the camp host are collecting camping fees and light grounds keeping.
A background check will be required. No felony convictions.
The season will run March through October.
