Hi Lola and Bill,

I see on the park's website that they have quite a calendar of events. Looks like lots of special weekends. Where you there when they had the Monster Mash or the Pirates Weekend or Hawaiian Luau? Did you get in on the Chocolate Lover's Weekend?

We'd like to know more about the park, as well as Summersville Lake.

Mountain Lake Campground

The campground is beautiful, it sits on a beautiful lake built by the Army Core of Engineers.

Yes, we have been involved with many of the programs. They are all lots of fun. It is near the New River and Gully River for white water rafting. They have a great beach area and cabins over looking the lake.

We worked at many jobs while we were there, cutting grass, recreation, store, cleaning bathrooms, landscaping, and reservations.

We would love to go back and work with Susan and Shawn again.
