Hunting Clubs

by Vonda
(Alabama)

Do you know if any hunting clubs, like the ones that offer guided hunts, offer workamp jobs? Or campgrounds that offer guided hunts that have jobs for workampers? We are interested in working for a game ranch, jobs like maintenance, planting food plots, and building shoothouses.

Hunt Club Jobs
by: Coleen, the RVing editor

Hi Vonda,

Yes, hunting clubs hire staff and use volunteers. Keep in mind that most jobs are never listed anywhere.

Since you are interested in working at hunting clubs and already know some things about them, I'm guessing you are aware of some of them. Do you have any favorite ones? Are you members of any? Have you read about any particular ones in hunting magazines? If you have contacts or personal knowledge of any, that's where I'd suggest you start.
