Coleen, the RVing editor

What was your favorite job/work/money making activity during 2008? What made it special for you? How did the people you worked for (or with) make a difference? What was it about the whole experience that made it a "joy" instead of a "job"?

Friendly Texans

We workcamp at The Lost Alaskan RV Park in Alpine, Texas. The people are very friendly and organized. My wife works the office making reservations and registering campers while I work outside cleaning and doing odd jobs. We love working there and spending our free time exploring the Big Bend area. Weather is beautiful here.
