Delaware North Companies

Has anyone worked for DNC (Delaware North Companies) in Yellowstone? We have been hired as seasonal workers for the above company. We have signed agreements, etc., but the company seems a little confused about locations, where we will stay, etc. We have to be there by 3/29.

Also, does anyone know a good site to stay in West Yellowstone that early in spring? Thanks.
