Costanoa Coastal Lodge and Camp

I would love to speak with you about Costanoa Coastal Lodge and Camp. We require a staff of about 100 for most of the year, for the entire resort. I'm looking for three teams for this spring, summer, and fall. Our summer starts (and ends) late in the year, with our very best weather September to November.

Our current campground needs are for several positions.

We need two people for security, patrol, guest host, and guest assistance. We'll entertain 8,000 people this year, and they all have questions about the whales, beach, lighthouse, creatures, and rules.

We need two folks to help run weekend pancakes and hamburgers in our new Pine Tent Grill. There will be plenty of help for this.

We also need two more generalists who like to interface with all departments.

Our housekeeping staff handles all bathroom cleaning.

Our landscaping does that work.

Our staff interfaces with catering, wedding, retreats, special events, our 3-star restaurant, horses, trail hikes, spa, the hotel, and beach tours.

I admire experience, but prefer happy, flexible people who can function well among others who might be very different than themselves. We also need folks who can shift into high gear when needed, although that happens rarely.
