At the very bottom of your newsletter, there is a link for changing your email address.
I noticed on my copy, that it didn't show up blue and as a live link. If that's the case with yours, you can copy the link and paste it into your browser window.
If it is easier, you can unsubscribe and then subscribe again with your new address. If you do this, you'll receive an email letting you know that you must reply to confirm that you really want to be added to the list. This is done so that somebody isn't messing with your email address and signing you for something you don't want.
