Cabins By The Lake would be the perfect retirement location for a couple that has retirement income and who would appreciate their rent and utilities being paid in exchange for managing. We are looking for a couple who are looking for a great place to retire. Cabins By The Lake is small and cozy. We have three of our five cabins up and running and another almost ready to go. There is a sixth cabin which has no plumbing and will take some time and extra money to complete. The plan is as we grow and learn the needs of our guests we can build it to meet those needs not being met by the currently available cabins. We have a location that can become a great RV site or we can build it out and bring in a remodeled mobile to make a great home for the right couple. There are is not much work to be done in the winter months and in the summer only five cabins max to clean and that is only if all the guests leave on the same day. There is great potential to make extra money when the cabins are rented more than needed to cover rent and utilities. There is room to add activities to increase income and share in profits. If you enjoy meeting new people then managing Cabins by the Lake would provide you with that opportunity without even having to leave your home!
