CA: ***Immediate position available*** Stanislaus River Parks is what is referred to as the “String of Pearls” since these unique day-use parks are lining the banks of the lower Stanislaus River beginning in the Historic town of Knights Ferry, the home of the Longest Covered Bridge in the Western United States. Each Park is a day-use park with three environmentally friendly walk-in/boat-in campsites nestled in the river woodlands.
There are five full hook-up host sites in exchange for volunteer hours. Duties include; daily walk-throughs, litter pick-up, assist with park closing, assist with loaner life jacket program, and make contact with visitors and Rangers. Current positions available April 1st to Sept 30th. Other positions are open to future scheduling. Background check mandatory. Phone: (209)881-3517
