Amazon Jobs for RVers, Seasonal From October Through December

Amazon jobs (as in Amazon.com) are available for hundreds of flexible and enthusiastic RVers with positive, can-do attitudes during the 2010 peak holiday season to help with warehouse tasks.



If you enjoy living in the outdoors and work well in a fast-paced environment, come join us between October and December. at our fulfillment centers in Coffeyville, Kansas; Fernley, Nevada; and Campbellsville, Kentucky.

Wages starting at $10.50 per hour, with additional incentives for various shifts, and benefits such as complimentary campsites, hookups, and a great work environment.

All positions involve performing a warehouse process from receiving an order to preparing it for shipment.

Positions available:

Receiving: As part of our receiving team, you will be on your feet fairly stationary for a 10-12 hour shift per day, receiving and checking inventory from our suppliers. You will need to be able to lift, bend, stoop, and squat repetitively.

Stowing: You will be on your feet for most of a 10-12 hour shift per day. You will lift, bend, stoop, and squat repetitively. The ability to read hand-held scanner and climbing stairs up to 30% of the time is necessary. Our stowing team safely shelves the millions of items that come through each Amazon facility.

Shipping: You will be on your feet most of the 10-12 hour shift per day, doing one of several processes. You might be using a hand-held reader to guide you in taking items from chutes and putting them into boxes, packaging items into a variety of shipping containers, or palletizing boxes for shipment.

For all of these jobs at Amazon, we are looking for the following qualifications:

• Ability to provide evidence of high school diploma or GED is essential.

• Enjoy working with people in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Able to spend 10-12 hours per day on your feet.

• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

• Flexibility to work various shifts: days, nights, and weekends.
