A Perfect Evening by John Seekins

A Perfect Evening by John Seekins

An RVing Dream Achieved -- Full-time RVer Tracy Seekins achieves her dream of publishing her poetry book. The Seekins are workampers and artists. Read her worker profile and take a look at John's rendition of "A Perfect Evening."

Tracy writes:

My husband and I became full time RVers about 8 or 9 months ago. After a few short months it became apparent that we were going to have to supplement our income while we traveled.

We found a wonderful workamping situation in a place we had never been, and for now, that is where we are. While we are workamping, we are working on building our arts and crafts business.

I make handcrafted jewelry and my husband is an amazing artist. He sketches, woodburns, paints, and does sculpture. I have sold some of our work along the way and have recently opened an online shop with our work on etsy.

I have also achieved my dream of publishing a book of poetry and I am marketing that.

We plan to be in this workamping situation for the next 8 months to a year, and hopefully by then our art and craft business, along with my book sales, will be making us enough to suplement our income.

A Perfect Evening
by: Tracy

This painting was inspired by the mountains of Oklahoma along with other areas we have visited. John beautifully compiled the components and came up with this lovely painting.

Reaching Your Dream While RVing
by: Coleen

Congratulations, Tracy, on reaching your dream of publishing your poetry book! It is amazing what we can accomplish while full-time RVing! You mentioned you had a website for it. What is the URL so that we can find out more about your book?

Also, please tell us more about "A Perfect Evening."
