Workers On Wheels: Work For RVers and Campers

Update from Your RV Workers On Wheels Newsletter Editor

Even though we have our home base in Soldotna, we find ourselves gravitating toward the city campground in Homer. We usually go mid-week to avoid the weekend crowds. Quite a few of the job openings this week pay an hourly wage for all hours worked. There are also some work-for-site exchanges, for those of you who do not want a cash income. When you respond to the Help Wanted ads in our newsletter or on our website, please remember to tell them you are replying to their ad on Workers On Wheels.

Wherever you are in your work and travels, we wish you joy and prosperity,

Coleen

Working RVer Tip What you see is not what you get. You know how when you go to a restaurant, the actual food you get never looks quite the same as it does on the TV commercials or on the posters in the fast food windows? Well, campgrounds are the same way. It is not realistic to expect a campground to look exactly like you see it in the brochure.
