Update from Your RV Workers On Wheels Newsletter Editor

It's 43 degrees F. here, as I write this at about noon. That said, it's probably no surprise that Bob and I are discussing where we should spend the winter. Alaska is beautiful in the winter. We had a great time last winter in southern Louisiana and Texas. It's been a long time since we've wintered in Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. And, longer still since we've been to Arizona. Hmmmm, so many good options! I love the RVing lifestyle that lets us work and play anywhere in the U.S.A.

Bob's taking advantage of one of the benefits of living in Alaska. He's spending today out halibut fishing with a friend. They'll have a great time -- and probably come home with fish.

I have finally added Facebook "Like" buttons to the website. When you find an article that's helpful to you or that you think would help other RVers, go ahead and "Like" it. Use the one towards the bottom center of the website page to recommend a particular article. Use those in the left side navigation bar to recommend the entire site.

Wherever you are in your work and travels, we wish you joy and prosperity,

Watkins Summit Group Bus. Info

Working RVer Tip Your employer hires you for your actions, not for your intentions. It's not what you hope to do, or what you plan to do, that matters to the job. What's important to the one signing your paycheck is what you actually accomplish.

Texas Twister Drinks

~ A website visitor asks: What is the Texas Twister drink? I have never heard of it before.

~~ I answered in part: It is a specialty drink made with freshly squeezed citrus juice. And, yes, they are looking for people to run concession trailers.

~~ Read the longer version of my answer -- and add your comments -- on the website. The part about the Texas Twister Drink is after the part about having a Coney Island hot dog stand, towards the bottom of the page, in the comments section.
