It is February 2009 as I write this.
Look on the January job listings page and you will see all those Help Wanted ads were submitted and posted last month, in January 2009.
Look on the February job listings page. You'll see those are the ads we are receiving and posting this month, February 2009.
Now, if you look ahead to other months, those ads were posted last year. It would be impossible to post the ads we receive in March 2009 before March 2009 rolls around. So, those are from last year. Next month, on March 1, 2009, we will delete the 2008 ads and, throughout the month, we'll post new ads that come in. When April comes, we'll do the same -- delete the old and replace with new. The cycle just continues around the calendar.
